Refund Policy

Overview

We want you to be happy with Upflag. If you're not, we offer a full refund within 30 days of any payment — no questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

Monthly Subscriptions

  • 30-day refund window: If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 30 days of any monthly charge. We'll refund the full amount.
  • After 30 days: No refunds for the current billing period. You can cancel anytime, and your subscription continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Downgrades: If you downgrade from Pro to Starter (or to Free), the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No partial refunds for the remaining days on the higher plan.

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your Upflag dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings > Billing.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  5. After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier. Your data is retained for 30 days, then deleted.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@upflag.io with:

  • Your account email address
  • The charge you'd like refunded
  • (Optional) Why you're requesting a refund — this helps us improve, but isn't required

We'll process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe.

Exceptions

We may decline a refund in cases of:

  • Abuse: Repeated signup-and-refund cycles.
  • Chargebacks: If you file a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us, Stripe handles the dispute process. We'd rather you email us first — it's faster for both of us.
  • Account termination for Terms violations: If your account was suspended for violating our Terms of Service.

Free Tier

The Free tier has no charges, so no refund applies. If you're unsure whether Upflag is right for you, start on the Free tier — no credit card required.
